By using fishlert.com or signing up for the Fishlert waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

What Fishlert is

Fishlert is building an SMS-based marketplace for the seafood supply chain. During the current waitlist phase, the service consists of this website, the waitlist form, an SMS survey to qualified signups, and an opt-in email newsletter. The full product hasn’t launched yet and some features described on the site are forward-looking.

SMS terms

• By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Fishlert.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@fishlert.com.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Fishlert to break the law, spam anyone, scrape the site, or impersonate someone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

Fishlert’s marks, copy, and design are ours. Our blog may include summaries of third-party news articles, always with attribution and a link to the original source.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fishlert Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim won’t exceed $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we’ll email subscribers and update the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
